The Rangemaster Fuzzbug was released in late 1966 as a competitor to the already popular range of Tone Bender Pedals. Only a small handful of these original prototype pedals were produced and to many Fuzzaholics is the Holy Grail Of Fuzz. The Original Rangemaster Fuzzbug took its lead from the Original Tone Bender Design featuring a cast aluminium casing and two circuit variants, The MKI.5 Two Transistor Circuit and the MKII Three Transistor circuit.
